DELIVERY CHARGES
Australia Post will calculate the shipping and charge this amount at check out.
In the event that we need to send your order over two deliveries, you will only be charged once for postage.
We know that sometimes you want your parcel fast! Just let us know by email on:

or at checkout and we can arrange an express service for you.
Express Post shipping is available at the following rates:
Up to 500g parcel = $10.00
Up to 3 kg parcel = $14.00
Up to 5 kg parcel = $23.00
DELIVERY TIME
We aim to have your order dispatched as quickly as possible (1 – 3 working days).
Delivery times are 2 – 5 business days from the time of order via Australia Post and will be subject to Australia Post’s delivery schedule.
Please note that certain destinations may take longer.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once the order has been sent.
INSURANCE
Please note that Mekko is not responsible for insuring items/packages during transit and therefore recommends you take out insurance should you wish your items to be covered.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. International shipping will be charged at the current rates charged by Australia Post and then it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. If you would like a quote to ship your order overseas, please email us at info@mekko.com.au
Please also note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

OUT OF STOCK
We are conscious of updating our site’s product availability each day. However, in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you straight away that we will not be able to fill your order as hoped. Once sold out, items cannot be re-ordered as we only supply a limited number of each print per item. Should this happen, we will inform you immediately and give you the choice to either select another product, hold a credit note or receive an immediate refund.
