Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  We also appreciate that with the demands of a busy life it can be difficult to return goods within a very short time frame.  That's why our Returns Policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase - even for sale items!    

Items returned in original condition and with original packaging, within 60 days, will receive a no-fuss refund.    

Please note that due to the hand-made nature of the product, it is normal for irregularities to occur.

What do I need to do?

When returning an item, we obviously ask that the item or garment has not been worn or washed, that all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting.  If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.  Please print and complete this Returns Form and provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase that includes your name, address, the order number and your phone number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund within an acceptable number of days, please check your bank account as there can be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Conditions:

Refunds will not be give for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or for any item that is returned more than 60 days after the purchase date.

What items can't be returned?   The only non-returnable items are Gift Cards.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to hold your preferred item for one week while you send the original item to us for exchange.  We cannot guarantee replacement items in the same sizes or prints, so it's a good idea if you let us know as soon as possible what item you are hoping to exchange for.   If we are unable to replace an item with the exact same product, we will offer a similar product or a refund, as you wish.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipping:  

The above same rules apply for the return or exchange of internationally shipped items.
